We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.


We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover debit and credit cards and Cash (Euros).

Payment Security

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Nexi e-Commerce” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

General cancelation policy

More than 48 hours prior to excursion, private tour or booked transfer: Full refund!
48 to 24 hours prior to excursion, private tour or booked transfer: 50% refund!
24 hours or less prior to excursion, private tour or no-show at booked transfer: No refund!

  • In the event that you do not use the services for any reason and do not cancel the booking no refunds will be provided.
  • All refunds will be debited to the original form of payment and account which is was used at the time you made the booking.


About Excursions and Private tours

Changes of the excursion/tour program

Our company is always putting the optimum effort to maintain the highest level of accuracy in our excursion programs. Although, if unexpected reasons occur, small changes might be necessary.

Before starting or during the excursion, our company reserves the right to modify the program of the trip due to unforeseen factors. Such events are weather conditions, fires, floods, earthquakes, disasters, strikes, political events, etc. In these cases and within our possibilities, we will offer an alternative similar excursion, giving the customer the following two choices:

-To accept the necessary changes.
-To cancel the trip with full refund.

During the trip, the leader or local representative has the right to make small changes to the program,        due to weather conditions or any other unforeseen factors, in order to keep the time schedule.

Our company has the right to cancel any trip for the following reasons:
1) If the minimum participant limit of people is not reached.

2) Due to weather conditions.

3) If the places to be visited are closed due to unexpected reasons.

Refund policy

You have the right to be fully refunded in the following cases:
1) If our company cancels a trip and you do not accept the alternative.
2) In case of a non-show due to illness proven by a doctor’s statement.
3) If you inform our office during working hours, the latest 48 hours before the booked excursion, about your cancellation.

Extra fees during the excursion

Expenses might occur during excursion days such as entrance fees for Museums and Archaeological sites, ferry boat tickets, food and drinks. All are extra to be paid on the spot and are not included in the excursion prices, unless otherwise specified.
